Get started
Sign up today and download the free PDQit software. Remember to choose the appropriate version to suit your mailing requirements. If you use more than one application – for instance Word and Sage – just download the appropriate drivers for each of them.
Once you’ve downloaded and installed the software (a quick, easy process) add some credit to your PDQit account, and you’re all set to send mail.
Sending mail
The PDQit interface is designed to look and feel just as though you were sending a document to print on your local desktop or departmental printer. Simply create your document – for example a letter or invoice - then click the PDQit icon.
The entire document is instantly encrypted, compressed and sent direct to our facility. It’s then automatically printed, folded, placed in an envelope, and posted. And you haven’t even left your desk. You deserve a reward for being so clever!
Keeping track
PDQit has full auditing and billing capability so you can track every document sent and monitor exact expenditure. If necessary, you can also recall documents sent in error.
Since PDQit works on a ‘pay as you go’ basis, you can easily check your credit and top up your account at any time.
