Andy Percival, Managing Director

	With an unmatched background in all things print, Andy enjoyed senior roles in a number of companies before founding PDQit in 2005. A highly results driven individual, Andy puts customer service top of his priority list. “I get a real buzz out of helping companies of all sizes get the level of postal service – and discounts – that they deserve.”

Joe Sykes, Sales Director

Joe’s early days saw him flying Sea King helicopters with the Fleet Air as a search and rescue and anti submarine warfare specialist. Since his flying days, Joe has enjoyed tremendous success in the world of print, post and variable data including building companies and business relationships both here, in the USA and in South America. “Helping our customers get more from post is what really matters to me.”

Tony Banting, Operations and Planning Director

Tony has a wide range of project and programme management experience within the mail logistics arena. Tony worked in network, operations and sales roles with Royal Mail, followed by a business development role at UK Mail. He recently established a consultancy advising blue chip organisations on mail strategy, vendor and supply chain optimisation. Tony has been involved with PDQit from its inception; in October 07 he was selected to head up the operations and planning teams.

Clinton Bessesen, Technical Director

	Clinton is the Architect and Senior Software Developer of PDQit. From an Engineering background, he has a wide range of experience with image processing, printer languages and software design. “I have a self motivated, dedicated TEAM that together are able to tackle and deliver on challenges.”

The PDQit team also includes experts in high volume printing and fulfilment, our dedicated software support and development group, and business experts and analysts from a wide range of backgrounds.
